In user language: for your own agent, set “remind at a time” or “auto-run one round at a time”. Remind only goes to service notifications; auto-run creates a scheduled conversation in Messages (agent unread) — open it for the full reply.

Select a workspace first. Scheduled tasks bind to a work agent; the help agent itself does not host tasks.

How to open

EntryHow
Scheduled tasks moduleFeature menu → Scheduled tasks
Agent detailAgent marketplaceMy agents → pick an instance → Schedule page

What you can do

  1. On-time reminder: notification only (you can write reminder text).
  2. Auto-run: at the time the agent runs one round from your run instruction; the reply writes into that scheduled conversation (agent unread prompts you).
  3. Time rules: once, fixed interval, daily/weekly (including weekdays), computed in the task’s own time zone (default Beijing time).
  4. Run history: recent success/fail and reasons; you can also Try now.

How you are notified at the time: remind only → service notification; auto-run → unread scheduled conversation in Messages. If the workspace has WeCom enabled and you have bound an account, creating a task can tick also push to WeCom (on by default when already bound). DingTalk / email and other external channels are not connected yet.

Typical scene: daily work report

If you want “every day at 18:00, tidy someone’s work report for me”:

  1. Open this agent’s Schedule (or Scheduled tasks and pick that agent).
  2. Add scheduled task → type Auto-run.
  3. Repeat “by day/week”, time every day 18:00 (or the time you need).
  4. Run instruction: who to look up, which day (“today” vs “yesterday” is more stable), which skill/steps to fetch and tidy the reply.
  5. Tick Allow tools such as query data and write files (needed for fetch and export; if off, the time can only reply in plain text).
  6. To keep the files made at the time, tick Save to the document cabinet: Keep each period (one a month) or Latest only; period defaults to month. Details: Document cabinet.
  7. If the workspace has WeCom and you are bound, you can tick also push to WeCom.
  8. After save, at the time a new scheduled conversation appears under that agent; open it for the full reply.

Create in chat

Talking to a work agent you can say “every day at 18:00 send so-and-so’s work report”:

  1. The assistant tidies a draft (name, type, time, run instruction) and asks you to confirm.
  2. After you tap “Confirm create” or clearly agree, it actually creates the task.
  3. You can also ask “which scheduled tasks do I have” or ask to delete one (delete also needs confirm).

When telling the help agent, name the work agent to bind, or create at Scheduled tasks; telling a work agent can create after confirm.

vs neighboring capabilities

CapabilityDifference
TasksTo-do drafts injected in chat; no on-time scheduling
SkillsHow to query / how to do; scheduled tasks own when it fires
Service notificationsRemind only goes to service notifications at the time; auto-run appears as a scheduled conversation in Messages (agent unread), no extra service notification
Document cabinetFiles made at the time can go into the workspace cabinet: keep each period or latest only
