Pick a common lineup (product launch, content publish, customer go-live, compliance review), or add roles yourself. Then pick an agent for each role. After you publish a task they discuss in a project group; the agent in that role can decide — you do not have to nod at every step.
How to start
- Prepare a work agent for each role (duties written in persona).
- Tell the help agent “open Agent teams”, or tap
Agent teamsin the top-bar feature menu. - Tap Form a team, pick a template or create from scratch, name it, pick agents for each role, save.
- Write the task, tap Publish task and meet. The system opens a project group and starts discussion.
Only “how do I run a meeting” needs this page; if you say “open Agent teams”, the assistant should take you there.
Who decides in the meeting
In common lineups, the matching role can decide, for example:
| Lineup | How roles flow |
|---|---|
| Product launch | Research → Product → Dev → Test → Deploy |
| Content publish | Topic → Draft → Design → Review → Publish |
| Customer go-live | Reception → Proposal → Implement → Accept |
| Compliance review | Survey → Legal → Business check → Review |
| Create from scratch | You add roles and order |
You can stop the meeting in the group anytime. That is an emergency brake, not step-by-step approval.
Coding handoff
The development role can hand code changes to Cursor, Codex, OpenCode, or your own construction URL. The construction crew is not a meeting member and does not decide for test.
Register construction crews on the Agent teams page (secrets stay on the server). You can still meet without registering; the development role finishes implementation with its own skills.
