How to open
- Top bar Feature menu → Workflow (mobile: Feature menu or Account → Workflow)
- New process pick a template → name it → optionally publish to the apps desktop
- Open it in My processes, or tap a published icon on Apps
- My to-dos / a service notification “Go handle” can enter handling directly
Recommended templates

Typical path
- Create a process and (optionally) publish
- Maintain check items in the linked check standards app (check-type)
- Start an instance → form / photo upload → score or approve → CAP close
- When someone is assigned a to-do, they get a service notification
Notes
- Image recognition / auto scoring needs a language model configured
- Processes can be archived; in-progress instances can be cancelled
- Visual design: Process settings → Process design (approval nodes, assignee config)
