Compliance evidence and to-dos are handled in Workflow. After hire/leave/transfer completes, a handling flow can start automatically — see Human Resources settings.
How to open
- Select a workspace in the top bar
- Tap Apps, then the matching icon
With no workspace selected, the apps desktop is unavailable. The first time an admin opens a plugin, its notes sync into workspace knowledge so assistants understand the module.
Who to talk to
After you open a plugin, tell the app assistant what you want. It acts within your permissions; you do not have to memorize which tab to click. Only “how do I open such-and-such page” gets an entry explanation.
The same kind of request to the help agent in another module uses the same operations, not “please click the page yourself”.
