Cadau’s core: you say what you want done, and the help agent tries to finish it for you. You do not have to memorize which menu to open and click the page yourself.

Cadau’s interface can be Chinese or English. The help agent answers in your interface language.

When it does the work vs when it only explains

How you say itWhat the assistant does
“Help me create a workspace”, “rename workspace 2 to Compliance”, “open Workspace collaboration”, “create an agent”, “generate a skill”, “create a receiving app”, “generate an image of a crescent moon over a small boat”Does it. If a name or other required info is missing, it asks first. Creating a workspace without a name uses the default My workspace. Opening a page switches there and the help agent becomes floating so the conversation stays. Generating an image is done by the assistant using a model tagged for image generation.
“How do I create a workspace”, “how do I open the org chart”Explains. Steps, and a clickable entry when needed.

If you are asking the assistant to do something, do not settle for “go to such-and-such page and click it yourself” — that is the answer for “how do I”. If the assistant misunderstood (treated it as create an agent/app, and so on), say “that is not what I meant…”. It will redo it your way and remember the misread so the same wording is not blocked again. If it already created an agent by mistake, it removes that one first; a rename-only case is not removed. Writing documents and memory belong with the work agent.

What chat can already do for you

  • Create a workspace (no workspace selected yet): “help me create a workspace”. You can include the name in one sentence, e.g. “create a new workspace, DEMO”. With no name, My workspace is used; if that name already exists, it uses My workspace 2 and tells you.
  • Rename a workspace (no workspace selected yet): “rename My workspace 2 to Compliance”. If it cannot match, it lists workspaces you can rename and asks which one.
  • Create an agent (workspace must be selected; if so, it writes to the current workspace): a name in one sentence is enough, e.g. “create agent Test” or “create a agent, CRM”. Casual wording (“generate an agent, treat it as CRM”) still tries to read a name from the sentence; only if there is no name does it ask. You can also say “help me create an agent named CRM; operating rules: never lie”; or set temperature, e.g. “create an agent, name: wuxia, model temperature 1.2”. If you said agent, it will not switch to generating an app; if you did not say agent vs app, it asks first.
  • Rename / delete an agent (workspace required): “rename CRM to Sales assistant”; “delete the CRM agent” (confirms first)
  • Change agent temperature (workspace required): “set CRM temperature to 0.1”. Range 0–2, default 0.2: lower is better for filling forms; higher is better for creative work. You can also tell the current work agent “set temperature to 0.1”. Only “how do I set temperature” gets an entry explanation.
  • Switch workspace: “switch to Compliance”
  • Delete a workspace (creator only, confirms first): “delete workspace Compliance”
  • Invite / remove members (workspace required): “invite 13800001111 to this workspace”; “remove 13800001111 from the workspace”
  • Change member role: “make 13800001111 an admin”
  • Leave a workspace (non-creators, confirms first): “leave the current workspace”
  • Accept / decline invites: “list pending invites”; “accept the invite”
  • Request to join / approve requests: “request to join a workspace” and paste the number; “list join requests”; “approve so-and-so’s join request”
  • Agent teams: “create an agent team called Product launch”; “list agent teams”
  • Add a friend: “add 13800001111 as a friend”; “list friend requests”; “accept the friend request”
  • Generate or update a skill (workspace required): “help me generate a skill that can export the employee list”; “delete skill so-and-so” (confirms first)
  • Create / delete an app (workspace required): “help me create a receiving app”; “delete the receiving app”
  • Scheduled tasks (name the work agent): “set CRM a daily 18:00 reminder: send the work report”
  • Add or manage data connections (admin, workspace required)
  • Look up or change local business data: Human Resources, Manufacturing HR, warehouse, compliance, email, and similar — tell that app’s app assistant (e.g. “list departments”, “this week’s attendance”, “receive 10 boxes”, “any unread mail”). The same sentence to the help agent in another module uses the same operations, not “please click the page yourself”.
  • Generate an image: tell the current assistant “generate an image of…”. Use a model tagged for image generation (or Auto). Do not go draw it on the public web yourself.
  • Take a conversation with you or continue it: “export this conversation” packs a downloadable conversation pack; attach the pack and say “import conversation” to open it as a new conversation under the current agent. Only “how do I export a conversation” gets an entry explanation.

With no workspace selected, besides creating or renaming a workspace, other do-it-for-me actions first ask you to select a workspace, then say the request again.

What still needs a named work agent or a page

Memos, personal memory, look up past conversations, make a presentation, and running business scripts for reports are bound to a work agent. Tell the current work agent “look up … I asked about in conversations from the last three days” to pull the original text. When you tell the help agent about a scheduled task, include the assistant’s name (e.g. “set CRM a daily 18:00 reminder”). Password, theme, and other account-security items stay in Account.
