From content already discussed in this conversation (plus extra requirements), the assistant generates a laid-out PDF in one pass: header color bar, titles, tables, summary cards, tinted notes — and lets you pick a style before send (same platform colors as Word / presentations).

No Python, and no Word-then-Save-As.

What you can do

  • You state topic and sections; the assistant generates a downloadable PDF. Unspecified paper is A4 portrait; you can say “use A3”, “A5”, “landscape”.
  • Shares the same platform styles as presentations, Word, and Excel.
  • Fits reports, minutes, and summaries you send outside and do not want reformatted.

For an editable Word file, use Write a document above the composer — see Write a document.

How to use

  1. In Messages select a work agent (Office document tools must be enabled).
  2. Tap Generate a PDF above the composer and pick a style. If you already discussed what to write, send as-is; for large paper or landscape, add that after, e.g. “use A3”.
  3. You can also say “help me generate a PDF” or “export as PDF”.
  4. After generate, open .pdf from the download link in the reply.

Example:

Generate a July annual-leave / comp-time analysis PDF in corporate blue: monthly summary first, then two tables for annual leave / comp time, then three analysis points.

Before you start

Same as Write a document and Make a spreadsheet: the workspace has Office document tools (requires Basic document tools first). The server must also find a Chinese font (Windows usually has Microsoft YaHei; Linux can install WenQuanYi or set MINDLINK_CHAT_EXPORT_FONT to a .ttf).
